Did Provinical Court Judge Leslie Jackson quit or was he retired?

New Brunswick Provincial Court Chief Judge, Leslie Jackson, (shown on right in photo on left) the judge who made the repugnant decision against Evelyn Greene has retired.

The editors think that the decision was repugnant because it protected certain out of control police officers with the Fredericton City Police and similarly out of control crown prosecutors at the New Brunswick Ministry of Justice.

Over the past several months, Ms. Greene has been pursuing her legal claims in the New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench where she is awaiting a decision that will either deny her access to justice or give her the green light to go ahead.
